MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. light brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. light Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
16-18 c. popcorn

Mix sugar, butter, salt and syrup in bowl. Microwave 2 minutes on HIGH; stir. Microwave 1 minutes on HIGH; stir. Microwave 1 minute on HIGH; stir. Microwave 1 minute on HIGH; stir. Microwave 1 minute on HIGH; stir. Add baking soda and stir. Put popcorn in brown paper bag; add syrup mixture and shake.

Microwave in bag 1 minute on HIGH; shake. Microwave 30 seconds on HIGH; shake. Microwave 30 seconds on HIGH; shake. Microwave 30 seconds on HIGH; shake. Spread on cookie sheet to dry.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
