KONA INN BANANA BREAD 
2 c. granulated sugar (shy will be less sweet)
1 c. shortening
6 ripe, mashed bananas (very ripe)
4 well beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. cake flour (regular flour can be used minus 1/4 cup)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar, shortening; add bananas and eggs. Mix. Sift 3 times flour, salt and baking soda. Blend wet and dry ingredients together, being careful not to over mix. Pour mixture into greased, standard loaf pans (2). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Moist, yummy, easy!!
