1 lg. can sliced peaches, cut up
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. coconut

Pour peaches (with juice) into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over peaches. Drizzle melted butter over mix. Sprinkle coconut over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or Cool Whip.
