TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
2/3 c. salad dressing
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Dash pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
7 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained
2 c. chopped cooked turkey
3/4 c. (3 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 c. bread cubes
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine salad dressing, flour and seasonings; gradually add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Add spaghetti, turkey, 1/2 cup cheese, mushrooms and pimento; mix lightly. Pour into 2 quart casserole; top with bread cubes tossed with remaining cheese and butter. Bake at 350 degrees, 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Variation: Substitute chicken for turkey.
