HAM PASTA CASSEROLE 
1 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 1/2 c. cooked pasta
1/2 c. med. onion, chopped
1/2 of a green pepper
1/2 of a sweet red pepper
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1/2-3/4 c. tomato, chopped
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1 c. Velveeta or cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Great for using up leftovers. Mix together and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
