PINEAPPLE & HAM PASTA SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits 1 lb. cooked ham, diced 1 green pepper, seeded & diced 2 c. frozen peas, thawed 2 c. celery, diced 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed Drain pineapple. In large bowl, combine pineapple, ham, pepper, peas, celery and macaroni. To make dressing in 1 quart measure, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and spices. Stir dressing into pineapple mixture. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend. 8 servings. |
