HAM, PECAN, BLUE CHEESE, PASTA
SALAD
 
3 c. uncooked bowtie or pinwheel pasta
4 oz. cooked ham, chopped into bite size pieces
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese
1/3 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. fresh rosemary or 2 tsp. dried rosemary
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta, drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Combine pasta and remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese, tossing well. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately or chill if desired.
