1 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
4 c. Bisquick

Mix the two sausages together. Add the shredded cheese and Bisquick and mix well until a ball forms. Using one teaspoonful of the mixture, shape into balls. Place sausage balls on foil-lined cookie sheet which has been sprayed with Pam or another non-sticking spray. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes, until bottom is slightly browned. Yield: about 120 balls.
