GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
6 lg. green peppers
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 bottle Certo (pectin)
Green food coloring

Mix 1/2 green peppers and 1/2 vinegar in blender. Repeat with other half. Combine all ingredients, except pectin (Certo) in saucepan. Bring to a boil and add pectin. Boil 20 minutes until a drop from a spoon thickens. Add food coloring. Leave 1/4 inch space and seal. To serve, pour a jar of jelly over 1 (8 ounce) block Philadelphia cream cheese; spread on crackers.
