TRUFFLES 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
4 c. confectioners' sugartsp. vanilla
5 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted

TOPPINGS:

Hershey's cocoa
Coconut
Confectioners' sugar
Chopped nuts

Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add sugar. Beat in vanilla and chocolate. Chill several hours. Roll small amount into balls, then roll each ball in one of the toppings.
