SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) pineapple chunks
2/3 c. condensed milk, sweetened (not Sego)
2 c. bread, broken (pour juice from pineapple over bread)
3 eggs, beat & add 1/2 c. sugar & sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. butter, melted & add to egg mixture
1/2 tsp. salt, pineapple & pour over bread

Bake, uncovered in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with ham.
