HOME PITAS 
2 cans (4 1/2 oz.) light deviled ham
1 lg. Delicious apple, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. diced celery
3 whole wheat pocket pita bread (halves)
Leafy lettuce

In medium bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT lettuce and bread. Line each pocket with lettuce leaves and spoon 1/2 cup ham mixture between lettuce.
