HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Chinese fried noodles
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chicken, celery, onion, salt, tarragon, Worcestershire sauce, almonds, lemon juice, and mayonnaise in 2 quart casserole. Top with fried noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake about 30 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6.
