CALIFORNIA CHICKEN SALAD 
2 whole chicken breasts, fried
2 tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. chopped watercress
4-5 scallions, chopped
Chinese noodles
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
Italian salad dressing

Remove skin and bones from chicken and cut into small pieces. Set aside.

Combine hot water and mustard until mustard is dissolved. Add sesame seeds, salt and sugar. Toss all with chicken. Add watercress, scallions and lettuce. Toss again.

Cook noodles according to directions. Rinse. Add to rest of mixture. Add dressing. Toss everything together. Serve with extra dressing.
