HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 1/2 c. cooked cubed chicken (or leftover Thanksgiving turkey)
1 c. celery
1 tbsp. minced onion (fresh)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can soup (cream of chicken, mushroom or onion)
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. chopped almonds
Chinese noodles

Blend soup, milk and water. Add nuts. Then add other ingredients. Pour into 9 x 11 inch pan. Sprinkle with Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
