CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts (boiled & chopped)
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 can Chinese noodles
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped

Mix altogether; put in greased, 9 x 13-inch casserole. Top with remaining 1/2 can of noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
