EGG NOODLES & CHICKEN | |
3 eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 4 chicken breasts, boiled & deboned 3 qts. chicken broth Dash of salt 2 1/2 c. flour Boil and debone chicken. Beat eggs, add salt and baking powder and flour. Mix until stiff dough, roll real thin, cut in strips and drop in boiling chicken broth. When almost tender, add chicken and reduce heat and simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. |
