SWEDISH KRINGLE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. water

1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 4 eggs 1 tsp. almond extract

Mix first 3 ingredients as a pie crust. Divide in 1/2 and spread with fingers on 2 separate cookie sheets. Boil the water, add 1 cup flour, stir until smooth. Stir in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add almond extract. Spread on two crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting. Cut into bars, at angles.
