SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 or 3 c. cooked yellow squash
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 stick butter
1 c. grated cheese
1 egg or substitute, well beaten
1/2 c. milk (I use skim)
1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1 c. fresh cut or canned corn
1 tbsp. cornstarch or flour

Mix all of above and pour in greased casserole dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
