BAKED SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. yellow squash, chopped and slightly cooked
1 med. chopped onion
1 tsp. sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 med. carrots, grated
Bread crumbs - (Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients. Put bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 until done.
