FISH BATTER FOR FRYING FISH | |
1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 egg 3/4 c. milk Beat egg, adding milk; beat until well mixed. Add dry ingredients; beat until smooth. Dip fish in batter and place in hot fat at 350 degrees and cook until brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. |
