RHUBARB TREAT 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. toasted bread cubes
2 sliced bananas

Place half of mixture in a buttered baking pan. Next put 4 cups diced rhubarb over mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Put remaining mixture over rhubarb.

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
