1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients with hands or blender. Put into 9 x 13 pan. Beat together: 2 cups powdered sugar, 8 ounces cream cheese, and 2 eggs. Spread mixture over cake and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
