AUTUMN PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
2 c. mashed cooked pumpkin
1 (14.3 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. hot water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Have prepared pie crust ready. Beat the rest of the ingredients together. Pour into pastry lined pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes in 375 degree oven. Serves 6 to 8. The surprising ingredient in this recipe is cup of hot water. Try it; you'll like it because of a custard texture.
