NELL DEPPE'S VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs, beaten until light
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 lg. cans evaporated milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
6 c. milk or enough to reach "Fill" line of ice cream freezer

Add sugar to eggs gradually. Add evaporated milk and vanilla and blend. Add milk and beat well. Pour into freezer and freeze according to directions.
