ALASKA CRAB QUICHE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Alaska crab meat
1 (9 inch) pie shell
4 eggs
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. chopped chives
Dash pepper
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Thaw and drain crab meat. Beat together the eggs and half and half and seasoning. Place mushrooms and crab in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese and add egg mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until center is firm.
