SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 lb. cheese
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 sm. jar mushroom and juice
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise

Grate cheese. Mix all together, put in buttered casserole dish. Crush up Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Cover with foil most of cooking time.
