3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

ICING:

4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Mix and cook about 5 minutes (until thick). Cool. Add the following to the flour mixture and beat until stiff. 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter Dash of salt
