SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. reg. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. sour cream
Walnuts if desired
Cinnamon & sugar

Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Then add alternately flour and sour cream then vanilla. Add half mix to pan. Add nuts, sugar and cinnamon, then add the rest. Oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Every oven is different. Check oven and cake by putting a toothpick into cake. If toothpick dry it's done.
