DELICIOUS AND EASY RYE BREAD 
2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast (regular)

Let set until dissolved.

Mix same as for white bread. Add 1/3 cup dark molasses, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup oil, 2 cups rye flour, 4 1/2 cups white flour, 2 teaspoons caraway seeds (optional).

Knead 8-10 minutes. Shape in 4 round loaves on greased cookie sheet. Let rise 1 hour or until looks right. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. I like to put the caraway seeds on the outside of 2 loaves. Makes nice gifts.
