TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
6 oz. med. noodles
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

(1) Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain.

(2) Combine noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables and salt.

(3) Blend soup and milk, heat thorough add cheese, heat and stir until cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture.

(4) Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

(5) Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) about 20 minutes.
