CURRIED RICE 
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. mild curry powder
1/2 med. onion, chopped
3 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

Combine soup, curry powder and onion; simmer slowly for 30 minutes. Add rice and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with cheese and mushrooms. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
