STIR - FRY 
6 oz. steak cut in thin strips
1 pkg. frozen Japanese veggies
1 pkg. stir fry seasoning mix
1 can bean sprouts
4-5 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown meat in oil. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Add frozen vegetables, bean sprouts (drained) and cover to cook vegetables until crisp tender. Add seasoning mixed according to package directions and 2 more tablespoons of soy sauce. Simmer for a few minutes and serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
