CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 c. cut up carrots
1 c. cut up celery
1 c. cut up onion
Dash of Mrs. Dash Seasoning
butter
4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup

CRUST:

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
3/4 stick butter melted

Mix and pour over top of following mixture. Saute carrots, celery and onion in about 1/4 stick butter in frying pan. Debone and cut up chicken breasts. Mix everything together and pour into large oblong pan or baking dish. Cover with above crust. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
