BECKY'S COMPANY CHICKEN 
2 to 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 boxes chicken stuffing mix
1 cube butter

Layer chicken in bottom of baking dish. Then sprinkle mushrooms on top of chicken. Mix together 1/2 cup of the chicken broth, sour cream, soup and seasonings; pour over chicken-mushroom layer. Prepare boxes of stuffing, using remaining one cup of chicken broth and cube of butter. Once this is prepared, layer this on the top of sauce. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
