BISQUICK QUICKIES 
1/2 cake yeast
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. lukewarm milk
2 c. Bisquick
Melted butter

Put crumbled yeast in a bowl. Add lukewarm milk. Stir until yeast in dissolved. Beat into liquid mixture the Bisquick. Knead slightly on floured board. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Cut into rounds, brush with melted butter, fold over and pinch edges together.

Place on greased tin. Cover with damp cloth. Allow to rise in warm place 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bake in hot oven, 12-15 minutes.
