MAPLE LEAF COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
4 c. brown sugar
8 eggs
6 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
12 tbsp. cream
10 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. maple flavoring

Mix in order given; do not overbake. Roll out and cut with a maple leaf cookie cutter.

FROSTING:

2 egg whites, beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. powdered sugar

Beat well. Add: 3/4 c. marshmallow creme
