OVEN FRIED GARLIC CHICKEN 
2/3 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 tbsp. butter
3 minced cloves
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up (I use breasts & thighs & take the skin off first)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow bowl blend bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

2. In small saucepan heat butter and garlic over low heat until butter melts. Brush chicken pieces with garlic butter then roll in bread crumbs to coat thoroughly.

3. Place chicken skin side up on foil lined baking sheet. Mix any remaining butter and crumbs and sprinkle over chicken. Bake 1 hour.

Good and easy dish. Will especially be enjoyed by garlic lovers.
