1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 lbs. Kraft caramels 1 lb. powdered sugar, about 1/4 tsp. almond extract 3 to 4 c. chopped nuts Add flavorings to the marshmallow creme. Knead the powdered sugar into the marshmallow on a powdered sugar bread board. Shape into 8 rolls, 1/2 inch in diameter. Do not use buttered hands. Wrap in wax paper and put in freezer overnight. Melt 1 1/2 pounds Kraft caramels in microwave with 4 1/2 tablespoons water. Dip rolls into melted caramels and roll into nuts. Wrap in waxed paper and store in cool, dry place. |
