SHRIMP CREOLE 
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 onion & celery
Clove of garlic
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
Dash of pepper sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 lb. fresh boiled shrimp

Saute in butter, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper, 1/2 onion and celery and clove of garlic. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, chili powder, pepper sauce, cornstarch and shrimp. Cook sauce for 45 minutes. Then add cornstarch plus 1 tablespoon water (stir in). Add shrimp. Serve on a bed of rice.
