PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk in electric skillet at 280 degrees. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Turn skillet off, add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Pour into a buttered pan (11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches). Cool and cut into squares.
