1 c. sliced zucchini (sm. size)
2 med. tomatoes, cut in chunks
1 med. size green pepper, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, cut sm.
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. sugar

Combine all. Chill 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
