CHOCOLATE FROSTING I 
1 c. gran. sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or marg.
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in saucepan the above ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Stirring constantly, let mixture continue to boil for 3 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Cool and beat until thick enough to spread.
