STUFFED PEPPERS WITH RICE AND
MEAT (EA)
 
Mix together:

1 lb. ground round steak
1/2 c. washed uncooked rice
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. onion, grated

Heat 1 large can tomato juice. Wash and remove seeds from 6 medium size peppers. Stuff with meat, etc., mixture. Place in hot tomato juice. Bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 1 hour, or until soft.
