GREEN PEPPERS STUFFED WITH MEAT
AND RICE
 
4 green peppers
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. rice, cooked
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter (or drippings) in pan). Add, stir and saute the beef and onion until light colored. Add rice, eggs, salt, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.

Fill the pepper cases. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
