DAINTY RAISIN COOKIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/3 c. milk

Mix ingredients in order given. Alternate milk and flour. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees until lightly browned on bottom. Ice with thin powdered sugar icing while still warm.
