BANANAS FLAMBEE 
4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. banana liqueur
1/2 c. rum
4-6 scoops vanilla ice cream

Melt butter over low heat in a large skillet. Add sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Saute bananas until they begin to turn soft. Add banana liqueur and half of the rum. Simmer. Bring remainder of rum to boil in a separate saucepan. Quickly pour into skillet and ignite, using a long match. When the flame dies, serve bananas and sauce over ice cream. Serves 4-6.
