CHICKEN SALAD 
3 to 4 c. diced chicken
3/4 c. diced celery
1 can pineapple chunks
1 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. broken or chopped walnuts
1 c. cooked small shells

DRESSING:

1 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. Sweet and Sour dressing
1 tsp. celery seed

Cook chicken with celery leaves and salt until tender, cool. Cut grapes and if pineapple chunks are too large, cut in half. Mix ingredients for dressing together and add to chicken, fruit, celery and shells. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

To lower total calories and fat in this delightful recipe, choose white meat chicken (breast), lite Miracle Whip, low fat sweet and sour dressing, 2% or skim milk, enjoy!
