MOM'S BEST CRANBERRY ALMOND
RELISH
 
1 lb. cranberries
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. water
6 to 10 tsp. orange marmalade
Juice of 2 lemons
2/3 c. almonds

Wash and pick over cranberries. Combine sugar and water and bring to a boil. Add berries and cook until they pop and become transparent. Remove from heat. Add orange marmalade and lemon juice. Chill in refrigerator. Add almonds.
