HATTIES SECRET CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 c. cranberries, washed and picked over
1 sm. orange
3/4 c. sugar

Cut orange in pieces with skin. Remove seeds. Put in blender or food processor and chop. Chop cranberries. Mix together with sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.

1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 apple, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Pour boiling water over Jello, stir until dissolved. Add cranberry, orange, sugar mixture. Add apple, celery and nuts. Stir well. Chill until firm.
